(For Instance) Instead of having a single head of war, have a council of war instead?
Would this be a good thing to implement into clans, or no? |

| I believe 'Councils,' fits under Imperial Bureaucracy, yes? If so, I'll go with "Council." |

I've begun noticing that since the reforms in LS, lots of HRs with directorship positions will grow inactive or lose interest and quit, leaving a problem of who is what, etc.
Councils have intrigued me, but we never really had the time to implement them into our HR structure. But with how many HRs have left/been inactive and demoted, I think this would be a good time to use them. |

| Wait, no, Imperial Bureaucracy is different from 'Council.' Directorships is where you assign 1 person to lead some sort of topic for the clan, correct? I believe this would be listed under Imperial Bureaucracy.. |

@aso
Seeing as Lortex Security's leaders are apparently 'Emperors,' go with Imperial Bureaucracy. |

Directorships cause less power fueds and balance who is what.
Councils, they fight for power which cause the clan to slow down in progression and unity.
Directorship is the way to go. |

The way I was thinking about forming a council for these directorships would be that you'd have a "poster-boy" for the directorship. There would be a Director, Co-Director, and a Council. The Council will argue, plan, etc etc, but the Director would make the final call based on what the Council would put forward. |

@aso. Yes but at the end of the day, the director has the power.
And knowing the system, the director will not always or most of the time direct his actions or ideas to the council. |

From someone who has experienced alot of clans with Directorships, I'd easily go with Council without a doubt.

@Zelo
True, but at the same time, if there was a council, wouldn't the Director consider, inquire, and make decisions based on the council's findings? |

If you're considering Councils, let me say two words that will make you reconsider.
Sleet Clan. |

@aso. In all honesty it's up to the person and his ego.
That's the bottom line in what kind of HR you chose. |

Sleet Clan had councils, but it was just there and hardly ever used. |

Sleet Clan had used a directorship.
