Civilian Rights: ───────────────────────────── [1] Unless breaking a law involving said item, possessions cannot be taken away without a warrant from a Judge. [2] Civilians have the right to a job (just request to Greyhound40 or a senator) and your job will be added. Failure to do so, due to discrimination will result in the immediate termination of the senator's job. [3] Civilians have the right to respect, from every military and government employees. [4] Civilians have the right to propose ideas to the senate. [5] Without warrant a civilian cannot be arrested, unless they are a danger to the public in the following ways:
[5a] Murder. [5b] Attempted murder. [5c] Theft. [5d] Random shooting. [5e] Illegal firearm shown. (Firearms should not be taken out at any time unless in self defense.) [5f] Assault.
[6] A right to self defense. It is legal to kill a person should they attack you. This does not mean later. If they stop attacking you; you have no right to attack them. Only if they are in the process of attacking you. [7] Right to an attorney. You may be your own defence, or bring a friend who can study this law. [b] Unauthorised military intervention. [c] Unauthorised military execution. [d] Unauthorised research in military weapons. [e] Supplying enemy forces. ───────────────────────────── Constitution: [a] No law can be made to change the democratic system. [b] No law can legalise laws. (Except the laws in the "passed laws" section) [c] No amendments of the constitution can be passed without 100% vote of the senate.
