Going to attempt to make it, but go ahead and use it for yourself, especially since I never finish any of my projects, and I am terrible at scripting.
Basically my idea is having a base with 3 or 4 main points to capture, the more points your team has captured, the more money your team will earn, which can buy guns/upgrades in the future.
There will also be multiple other points to capture, that give out various effects. For example, there might be a point at a beach or something, and capturing that point may give a money boost or a slight speed boost for the whole team. Or maybe you could capture a point, and it would give the opposing team maybe a 5 second wait before respawns, or maybe they will get slightly decreased accuracy, obviously these points would be minor changes so they don't greatly impact either side, but enough to give an edge.
I was thinking instead of a fort also, I could turn it into like a, 3 team deathmatch kind of thing, but I don't know.
Any of this sound like a good idea? Give feedback. |

| I like it. I'd try to make that fort, but I only have a handful of people talented enough to do so at my disposal. |

| Well i'll give it a go, i'm designing a base at the moment for testing. If I'm going to get it done i'll need to find a scripter though. |

how are you going to prevent that one team is very op'ed.
like, the team that spawns first (your group) will be able to capture the most points first. and then they can get op'ed very quickly. |

I could make it that they can't be captured until there is an official raid, or I can make the effects change depending on how many people are on the other team, for example, if there are 10+ Defenders it might as an example, take away 10 health from all of the defenders, but lets say the same point is captured by the defenders, maybe it will only reduce the raiders health by 1.
Those are just some ideas to counter it. |

Well, in my opinion, resource based capture points make more sense then points that just give you money. Thought that's just my thought and I suppose it's more biased since I think on a Medieval perspective, but eh.

Inysa, I meant modify it by taking out any main forts and such, and just pretty much have the terrain.
That is unlikely to happen though and is most likely to remain a raidable fort. |
