| If you'd like to talk to someone regarding a ban on an account you go to appeals@ROBLOX.com. Info@ROBLOX is for everything else. |

Info is for inquires about the site / bug reports. Appeals is for banned accounts or wrongful reports. I am unaware of any other sub-emails. |

It is about an account which was hacked and reverified to a new email. It's the billing email, I've already emailed info@roblox.com and they said I needed to call as the cardholder, I did and they said they can't help me (even though I'm 18 with all the card details.
What do I do now? |

| They should have been able to help you if you call under billing concerns or email with the billing email. |

@9HB, If you have already emailed them and they have responded saying they cannot help you, that is the final answer. Emailing them again won't be able to help.

Should have, yes.
A person called "Sarah" replied to my email to info@roblox.com saying to call as the cardholder, so I did and she said she needed to speak to an adult? I'm 18? I said that and she said she needed to talk to an adult still, and then hung up. I don't really understand... my dad isn't the cardholder... so why would they want to speak to him?... |

| Fatboy they know I'm not a troll, they have a note next to my account username or something saying that I'm not the owner I think because the billing address was deleted and so I've been trying to get my account for over a month on another email because I didn't have it, now I have it they still think I'm a fake? |
