You'll need: 2 sheets of pre-made pie dough (can be bought or homemade) 1 can apple pie filling 1 jar caramel sauce pinch of cinnamon
Chop the apple pie filling into bite sized pieces, mix in the caramel and cinnamon. Lay one sheet of pie dough down, and spread the filling over it.
You can either cut the second sheet into strips, and make a lattice top, or just lay it over as-is.
Now, carefully cut the layers with a circular cookie cutter, and place on a greased cookie sheet.
Cook for 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes. |
