Religion=Belief in Gods
Buddhism lacks gods so Buddhism is not a religion. |

| And most people who call it a religion are non-Buddhists who think that we worship an obese Chinese God. |

They aren't religious extremists.
They are not motivated to do it of faith of a religion of their own but out of the fear of others. |

@Tiroc no they don't.
Actually I think you'll find if you actually stop being so close minded and took a look at "the sacred Buddhist scriptures" you would realise it is telling them to do the exact opposite.
Non-violence is one of the most essential Buddhist practices. |

Because they don't actually follow what the Buddha taught.
And also it is more to do with self defence, the situation in Burma was triggered by Muslims blowing stuff up there.
And it does not happen all the time. |

You clearly know nothing of Buddhism.
All you know if is a bunch of idiots in Burma who aren't even real Buddhists.
""He abused me, he struck me, he overpowered me, he robbed me." Those who harbor such thoughts do not still their hatred.

Hatred is never appeased by hatred in this world. By non-hatred alone is hatred appeased. This is a law eternal."-Dhammapada (or as you would call I "sacred Buddhist Text"
"I undertake the training rule to abstain from taking life."-1st of Buddhism's 5 precepts

Sorry, did I miss something? Since when do I represent all of Buddhism?
It is ridiculous to say that Buddhism is not peaceful even with the evidence I gave you are just being a bigot, |
