Lmfao everyone here is so freaking ignorant, it upsets me.
How young are the repliers? 10? Or is the world really just so ignorant... agh.
@OP
Deep breathing might help. And I mean, slow, hold your breath for 5 seconds, breath out. Do it until you calm yourself.
Turn on your favorite music, or calming music. Sing along, if you want. Even dance.
Write out your thoughts or feelings, or what is making you anxious. Poem or prose.
Read a good story/book. This helps a lot.
Go for a walk by yourself, it can help, too.
If the anxiety is very difficult and continuous, you might want to consider seeking help, whether it be medicine or basic counseling. What do you think is causing your anxiety? I know what anxiety is like, I have it often myself. Constantly. |

@Xvertile
The majority. The majority of posters before I posted sounded pretty ignorant.
Stop getting all defensive. I told you I wasn't referring to you. |

Okay, look, if you know that, why are you still replying? Of course it's clear that I said everyone, but don't even pretend you haven't said everyone when there was at least ONE PERSON who wasn't included in what you were implying.. xD
I think you're just looking for a good troll or argument. Well okay punk. Put em up. Le'ss go. |

@xvertile
Well, I'm going to give you some tips.
When arguing, don't just contradict someone. Back up your statements. Use words like "because". And don't make the argument personal, by insulting someone or trying to seem condescending, or better than someone. It'll actually make you seem a lot smarter and make the person feel less adequate if you're nice to them, and not rude about it and back your statements up with facts. And when someone doesn't want to argue anymore or agrees with your point, then you should accept it and move on to a better argument.
For instance, I told you I wasn't referring to you, and I do agree that everyone means every person, but I used it as a loose term. Yet, you continued to try to argue with me. Even worse, you tried calling me names. Lol, these aren't good argument skills. When using personal words with someone, you're addressing the person, not the problem or argument. This makes it less of an argument and more of a fight.
You aren't even arguing. You're fighting.
Let's argue about that. Hm? :P |
