I've been wondering about this for a while but never gotten around to asking about it because this forum is so inactive.
Isn't BodyAngularVelocity and those types of items, don't they make specific items move in a direction? Just asking, if it does then I have so much more to expand my scripting with. |

| If you want a description of any of the items try the ROBLOX wiki. They don't explain much about how to use them in a script, but they do cover the basics like Force etc. |

Can rrytry doesn't script often or at least doesn't use bodyObjects often
"Bodygyro is one of my favorites , it keeps items standing up straight or at any other angle on a gyroscope." BodyGyro is meant to simulate a Gyroscope so is used to maintain an orientation.
"Body position is what I use to make robots move , use a vector3 script bound to w to change the position +1 everytime , that way the robot will actually move forward." BodyVelocity is what I assume you meant here as it can simply be given a vector to move in.
"Bodygyro can be used to make turrets track a turret , and rocketpropulsion is what I use for missiles. You can also use methods and events such as raycasting to change their positions for all sorts of crazy crap." RocketPropulsion is what got me here. It doesn't work online, you have to use a BodyGyro/BodyVelocity combination to get the same effect as the Fire method in RocketPropulsion.
Anyways, go to the wiki for information and just test them out in studio. See how each one interacts with Parts |
