Specifically a short 10-15 second introduction.
If this is possible, I would appreciate help on how to achieve this.
Thank you.

You could create your own clip using :Tween's, or by cycling through frames (although that could take far too much time and be a very messy solution.)
You can't upload your own videos to ROBLOX. |

Several decals in a select sequence. But 15 seconds of them would be such a pain... |

Yeah, as everyone has said, it would be quite challenging, since you'd have to upload a Decal asset for every single frame. And then you'd have to manually go in and get the asset id's for each item and throw it into a table or something for playback.
There's really no clean way to do it. |

| Not that anybody except the game developer likes those frames at the beginning, anyways. I'd just leave them out if I were you. ;) |

| I made a simple GUI based 'Youtube' where you could upload your own videos, but you had to insert each decal ID for every frame, took too long so I scrapped the game. |

Yeah... It would be a pain to slice up a video into atleast a good thousand images, and then upload them

If you leave it out, however...
0 second intro at 0 fps = 0 decals and 0 sadness from players
Problem solved? :) |

Problem with lower FPS: It hurts your eyes because you see the flickering. If you drop below 30 FPS and stay above 5-10 FPS, it's not going to be pleasant to look at (at least for some people).
So it's really difficult to do anything of good quality currently |

| Not that ROBLOX helps you, seeing as the decal resolution is terrible and you'd need like 10 decals per frame to make it look decent. |

Or you could just edit the camera to do something.

| True. The only way to guarantee full resolution is to upload an image of the size 256x256 pixels and make sure to size it by 256x256 on-screen. |

Which would mean ~8x4 decals per frame if you want a 1920x1080 monitor to get full resolution to the entire screen.

It's a PAIN! I've done it just once, for a 1920x1200 resolution.
It took 25 images that I had to splice and upload to Roblox, then put onto the screen correctly. It creates the menu background for my game here:

And then it's on the player to actually load all 25 decals before the background disappears.
But again, nobody (me being the only one giving an opinion in this matter) likes intros, so why bother? |

Well, considering the short film are clips from 1953...
They woudnt be very high quality, so. But thanks for everyone who applied :D
