Teaching Japanese to an English person is like teaching English to a Japanese person

So much for learning other Asian languages. Vietnamese is like the easiest. Maybe. |

asian languages difficulty all depends on whether or not an asian language is your maiden language or not, really

@Empress I was born Vietnamese, yet I learned English way better than Vietnamese. I still cannot write Vietnamese. |

"Japan is one of the leading nations in the fields of scientific research, technology, machinery, and medical research with the world's third largest budget for research and development at $130 billion USD, and over 677,731 researchers. Japan has received the most science Nobel prizes in Asia (see List of Nobel laureates by country)" so learning Japanese enables you to interact with smart people? |

I want to learn Japanese. It isn't that hard i've heard. Mandarin is though.
Problem with Japanese is the different characters, like the Hiragana and Kanji. Learning all of those would be a pain.
