You wake up in your frozen throne, with the light of the sun shining into your audience chamber. You feel the warmth of your woolen garments, and the cold frozen steel of your throne. Though I could answer this question for you, I believe it would be formal to answer it yourself. What is your name? |

Your name is, apparently, King Thargorg, though you aren't actually a king, Yet hopefully.
You are currently Duke of the Icelands, a land that is a part of the Cold Kingdom, a nation ruled and inhabited by your race, the Nerites, protectors and users of the Aspect of Cold.
You have been over seeing the Icelands for as long as you can remember, but there has been a lot of tension coming from the other Aspect nations, so it had been decided that today, the Duke's of the Cold Kingdom will choose a new King, to lead the nation and wield the ALMIGHTY power of COLD.
You have been hoping to come to the meeting and attempt to prove your mettle as a leader and a warrior, but the meeting is supposed to be held tonight, so might as well do something else.
What will you do? |

As you may need to know, a great many Ice beings are known for being deaf and slow, so a good shouting voice is needed in keeping them obedient and effective.
Anyways, you decide to train in Ice Manipulation, which you decide to do outside, taking the shortcut from the back of the hall.
You step outside, into your royal courtyard or whatever, and begin to manipulate the snow outside, performing some beginner tricks as a warm up. Then you practice your current level on Ice Manipulation, which is average, forming walls of ice, spikes of snow, and balls of hale.

You continue your ice manipulation, improving your ability in it, as well as gaining a few non-existent ice totems, to add in your totally-not-real chessboard of ice totems.
Oh, and there appears to be a strange construct within the ice, which you were able to find as you were manipulation the snow. |

| It appears to be some sort of large, black obelisk of some kind. Though there might be more details than that, the ice obscures any other trait it may possess. Perhaps an archaic dig is in order. |

Eh, you obviously have other important business to attend to, so you entrust this task to the snow elves.
The snow elves are of course, delighted and get straight to work. Not only do they have small nimble bodies and a diligent, cheery attitudes, but they also have skills in the art of the Cold as well, making them very useful workers when a busy Nerite, such as yourself, is occupied with much more important task.
Seeing that you have that task covered, you head over to the dueling pit, which is a snowballs throw away from you.
You arrive at the pit, standing at the foot of the spiraling staircase, overlooking the frozen arena of snow and balls.
Even though it is called the dueling pit, it's much more commonly used for the daily snowball fights among your servants and soldiers and equally frequent shouting practices.
Oh look, you can see a group of snow elves are ganging up on a large snow golem in a very "heated" snowball fight right now.... |

| Perhaps this is a good chance to practice my fighting-when-outnumbered skills, don't you think? I grab a snowball, and throw it at one of the elves. |

The snow elf receives the snow ball, and turns around in to see it's sender. At once, he glances at you, then quickly get's into another position among the mounds of snow, taking cover from the snow golem and you. The rest of the snow elves take suit and follow, arming themselves with snow for another volley of frost. The snow golem looks on impassively. |

Well, you have a good number of snow golems around your land, but it is natural for a snow golem to look on impassively and just chill, they are of course, made of snow.
While you contemplated on this, another volley of snow flies your way. |

You quickly duck, avoiding the volley of snow poised to hit you, then you return fire, or snow as you might call it. You manage to send a few snowballs their way, but none make a hit, as they seem to be crouching under cover, while you stand here, up above, with no sort of cover whatsoever. Maybe it's time to use a few snow manipulation skills. |

A snow cannon would be something very useful for this Snowball Snowdown, but it is sort of impossible to make a working cannon with snow. You make a snow cannon anyways, along with snow balls the size of cannon balls, and small barricade to boot as well, which luckily soaks up the next volley of snow.
You are quite sure the snow cannon was not a waste of energy and time, as it is CLEARLY intimidating the snow elves to death. They still fire snowballs at you though. |

Magic? Where did that silly thought get into your head? Well, yeah, it seems like you are using magic whenever you use ice manipulation powers, but it isn't magic. Magic is the lighty and colorful fairy magic or some golem turd that makes brooms fly and clean up rooms by themselves, which is somewhat sweet, but unfortunately, you don't have it. What you do have though, is the innate power of the commanding aspect of Cold!
So yeah, no snow cannons for you, but you could use your powers to fling the cannonballs, or maybe use some of your dukely charm to persuade the golem to your side.
