1. the skinny geek. think of the big bang theory show for an example. incredibly smart, just severely lacking in social skills, have no physical strength, and don't have very much life skills. you know a lot of video games, movies, or tv.
2. the nerd-that-isn't-a-nerd. normal guy who plays call of duty, madden, and minecraft really often, and only plays on xbox.
3. the chubby gamer. you're slightly fat, and obsess over nintendo/skyrim/pokemon. you are very friendly, but are also very emotionally sensitive.
4. the neckbeard. completely obese, have a neckbeard, and obsess over more complex games. world of warcraft (not complex but whatever), obscure jrpgs, counter-strike, etc are good examples. no real life friends, stuck in your mother's basement, you are a true gamer.
5. the grrl gamer. you're a girl who acts like she's a complete geek and talks about how awesome skyrim and minecraft are. you actually know nothing, and you're gaming for attention.
i fit into the skinny geek stereotype almost perfectly. i'm near anorexic, have no social skills, and have no stamina whatsoever. however, i was pretty much a grade ahead of everyone until recently when they caught up with me. |

| No, I'm socially awkward, talk really quietly and a bit of a loner, but besides that I don't fit into any "category" |

"Call of Duty? Pfft, Battlefield all the way." because grrl gamerz obviously want to play a "complex" fps that they wouldn't be able to understand

I call myself a nerd, but I don't fit into any of those categories. I call myself that because I don't talk to a lot of people, and people think I'm smart.

I play games a lot, but I have social skills. I'm pretty quite during school (which people find weird, because I apparently have a really cool and deep voice.)
It's also worth mentioning I guess That I'm 14 with a almost completely grown beard, and possibly the most manly hairy legs over seen. |

oh yes
forgot about the weaboo category
6. the weaboo. watches every single anime out there and forces their opinion that subbed anime > dubbed anime on everyone (even those who don't watch anime), wish they lived in japan, obsess over jrpgs (especially pokemon), and are even more of social outcasts when outside of their normal groups. pretty much hardcore otakus.
i live in irvine, a city with an asian majority, so i forgot that there was such a thing called weaboos. there's a ton here. i haven't seen a single nerd that isn't #2, 3, 5, or 6. |

god dang it why isn't there one that fits me?
the kind of guy who sits around and spends at least 1 hour of going outside in a car seat that is addicted to gaming yet is somehow not fat. And also plays on both PC and Console and dislikes COD.
which one does that fall into? |

| I guess number 1 sort of. I am kind of skinny, but not near anorexic or anything. I have some muscle, but I weigh 115 pounds and I'm 14. I talk to a lot of people actually, and I have a friend that's a girl that I might ask out soon. |

I'm slightly antisocial, but I am quickly getting over any previous anxieties I had when confronted with social situations.
I am smart. Perhaps not "incredibly smart", but smart at that.
However I am not skinny, nor chubby, nor obese. I am "average"ish. Not skinny/chubby/obese, but not fit.
I am also not weak and enjoy doing manual labor like sawing & splitting firewood, mowing lawns, etc. |
