interrupting morning announcements (i'm one of the ppl who sometimes give them since the StuCo teacher loves me, so it's cool)
to say
"hello, sorry for interrupting morning announcements but i have a special message for ____ will you go to homecoming with me?"
and then she's in my first block so i'll bring roses and give to her and presumably get answer
good or no?

Stop trying.
You're in High School.

She'll say no, too much of an embarrassment, she'd think everyone would remember it for the rest of their lives if she said yes.

if she's outgoing and you're not considered "gross" you can probably pull it off

well i'm friends with a lot of her friends, and we know each other fairly well now
also, i feel like for her to say no to it would be more memorable and so she'd be like less likely to say no
like "remember that girl that said no to the guy who literally interrupted school announcements to ask her and gave her roses" |

@Gunnery,
ROFLMFAO. I learned cheap, and amazing tactics in Junior High for dates. So yeah. Get spanked, bucko.
