You build farms and the people are happy, especially the patriots. Your economy also grows from this.
Some patriots join your military, giving you 100 more troops. |

You expand north, but you barely can expand at all. The city states all around you and South California take up a bunch of space already.
(What mercenaries? Those Scottish guys?( |

| You do that, your man comes back, blood all over him and with barely any information. All he got was that California is going to bomb a city-state soon. (Air force is estimated to be 100 - 350) |

You set cannons up, and California asks what you are doing.
Suspicion will lead to war. California starts to suspect you were spying on them. Current Suspicion level: 20% (Once this hits 60+ tension will rise and eventually war will break out) |

Your scouts go to the City-State that is silent. Your scouts get confused. They find nothing, only that information given to California.
California demands a meeting with all city states, to see who stole their informations. |

California asks every city-state who did it.
Verno, the Silent one Votes You.
Collani, A Richer and Friendly one, Votes Verno
Javelan, The Weak one, Abstains.
Jolen, The Navy-lovers, Vote Verno.
What will you vote for? Voting Verno will declare war on them, but Jolen and Collani will aid you. |
