why do you prefer pc gaming?
i just don't see the appeal paying large amounts of cash and building a pc when you can get a console.
everything in this thread are just opinions k. |

| @meldo, most games on launch on pc are cheaper, but once all of the game prices go down they are about the same price. |

@PO
and then there are steam sales and humblebundles
consoles/console game distributors do have sales, but they are almost always a lesser discount and less often |

My opinion:
Pros:
Gameplay (I really love keybindings and customising my mouse) Graphics (You have to admit it) Streaming and the internet (The internet sucks on consoles) Power Arma 2
Cons:
Price of a good gaming pc Exclusives (Consoles have better exclusives) Family play Split Screen (Split screen on pc is just inconvenient) You can sit in bed and play on your console (Laptops aren't as powerful as PC's)
So yeah. |

cheaper games can save you LOTS of money for example, my steam account is worth $500 i think and i didn't spend more than $100
the ability to choose between kb/m and controller better performance and in my country, getting a good pc and buying a console are in the same price range |

1. laptops are pcs. i get what you're trying to say, just pointing that out. 2. you could plug your pc into your tv and use a gamepad. |

why do you prefer pc gaming?
because consoles are losing their shine
i just don't see the appeal paying large amounts of cash
its not a high cost if you know what you want. also, if you are in the market for a new computer, is there harm in making a $500 one and choosing $60-$300 GPU depending on how much you game?
and building a pc
its easy
when you can get a console.
i don't like console |

@campo
well the convenience of that option depends on the size of your pc, whether it's in your room or not, etc my desk and tv are right next to each other so i don't have a problem running my pc through my tv, but it might not be the same for you |

most modern consoles don't either plus they are a $4-8 purchase if you order them online |
