| Cores are only usefull for us CG artists(What else would you need it for other than rendering objects). Nowadays we grow weary of cores. GPU is more important. Since games rendering systems are biased(Completely baised on GPU.) So you dont need one. 4 is enough |

Well Jaguar is a pretty weak core and it isn't designed for clockspeeds above about 1.8GHz so the next-gen consoles had to resort to using more cores to achieve good performance. It's a pity that silvermont wasn't available in time but even then I doubt intel would have sold it at the low margins needed for consoles. |
