After your Player goes nil, can you still use key events? I know your camera still works fine, but I see nothing wrong with my tests, everything is tagged correctly, but here is the chunk so you can take a look for yourself.
h = Instance.new("Hint", game.Workspace)
m.KeyDown:connect(function() if k:byte() == 47 or k:byte() == 48 and typing == false then typing = true h.Text = "Please begin typeing..."
end end)
This event does not fire until after the player is nil by the way. |

| KeyDown is connected to Mouse, which is a descendant of player, I'd assume |

| Yeah, but if key events did not work afterwards, your camera would not still move, and people use keys for 'camballs' all the time. :/ So maybe it is my code, does anyone see any problems with this chunk of code, provided that everything is tagged correctly. |

| The Chatted event still works when removed, so I would assume that, as long as you already had the mouse previously, it'd work. |
