Okay, it seems like a lot of different sub forums are chaotic and out of control due to the lack of moderation.
I'm suggesting that ROBLOX should have a moderation team of 4 mods on different sub forums to make sure it's safe.
Doing this will do the following:
-Delete bullying/harassment threads that are not dealt with when reported.
-Reduce offsite links/shorten offsite links.
-Reduce dating/bypassing filter.\
-Reduce spam.
-Reduce hate speech.
Moderation action is needed on every sub forum, due to the simple fact that the following I listed are going on and reporting them does nothing sometimes. It's time for a change and safety. ROBLOX users should feel safe when posting on the forums. |

I support this, but not sure of my support entirely.
Are you talking about already working members that could watch out different parts of the forums or do you mean hiring new workers to patrol the forums?
I half-support if you are asking to hire new workers. |

The current ones can help, new one can help if they're hired. |

@Mal
Okay, I understand. I support this then, and it will be a great help towards the spam/inappropriate/rude behavior.

Alright, one thing I keep noticing about the Roblox community is that nobody accept for me and another select few have taken classes on economics and business. You all think that ROBLOX has the power to do whatever it wants, however, they don't. All decisions are decided upon by weighing the outcome. Will hiring more moderators be worth the cost of paying them? If you didn't realize this, you're looking at about 36 new moderators that have to be payed if you don't hire anyone for inactive forums. Also, if Roblox had enough people on their staff to shift people to forum moderation duties, is it worth it to change their jobs? It would make Roblox lose money because then the jobs that they left, would have to be filled somehow. Roblox is not some non-profit organization that is owned by a billionaire...Its a company, that has competition, salaries to be payed, taxes, ambitions, and different obstacles. Its not a piece of cake.
Support if you will, but nothing will come of it. Roblox could never afford that. |

| Support. Roblox is getting more older players like teenagers. You know, the ones that troll, spam, annoy others and stuff like that? |

@malware
You're not making sense...If we use the same moderators we have now, we have the same moderation we have now...If you mean we need to make some of the other administrators begin to be forum moderators instead of what they're doing now, then there will be a weakness somewhere else in the society. |

@Jacob:
How is dispatching a team of moderators to other sub forums keeping it the same now?
No, I'm not saying admins should moderate, but 3-4 mods is enough, if anything, you're not making sense right now.

| Jacob, what the heck are you even talking about? What you're saying doesn't make any sense, nor is it relevant to this suggestion? |

Load balancing makes sense. Put three or four admins on hotspot forums (Role Playing is generally rather quiet.) Shift them out every so often so that each one can continue normal work while one sits on the forum (and can possibly multitask.)
I remember when LMaD got MaD (badum tsh) over BHers' new position. |

@Mario:
Low moderation happened to the day, to the point where I had to message a mod today to moderate "Music Fans" for bullying and starting a forum war.
It took sometime for the mod to reply back, but she was able to delete/lock threads.
Moderation is needed on all sub forums, a lot of people like to post a thread on the wrong forum because they don't feel safe and they know they'll get flamed for a stupid reason and the reporting won't do anything.

@Mario:
Reporting doesn't always work, which is why I'm suggesting this. A user was being bullied today on Music Fans, I've reported all threads and nothing happened.
So, I had to message a moderator.
Moderation action is needed in all sub forums.
I shouldn't be resorting to messages and Twitter conversations a lot to tell them to delete the thread or lock it. |

They should be doing this in the first place. Support.
Personally I believe they need to hire more moderators, but not volunteer ones. They're stretched too thin right now. |

@Mario:
I've seen threads in the archives that haven't been deleted.
We shouldn't have users feeling terrified into going to a section to post the right thread in it.
