A ladder 13ft long leans against a wall. The bottom of the ladder is 5ft from the wall. How much would the lower end of the ladder have to be pulled away so that the top end would be pulled down by 2 ft?
somehow you're supposed to use the formula: s(t) = -16t^2+vot+so
I can't figure.
Also...
Solve for x, y and z such that: 202x + 25y +107z > 25(1-y) + 107 (1-z)
The difference MUST be minimized and a whole number.
