As i and many other high ranks have noticed people in RJTF rank up very quickly. This meaning if someone does go to 2-5 trainings a day they will rank up pretty quickly. This is a problem for every group, to solve this problem i am making a database and guide to how to get promoted. The system will be fairly simple:
It will go by points, there will be a database place you go after raids, trainings, defends etc. All members will NEED to go to events to get promoted. suggest screenshotting your Exp every now and the. As you can see Recruits and Privates start out with Zero points, I have made it very easy to rank up to private. All you need to do is buy the uniform. The only similarity between Private and Recruit is that they both start out with 0 points.
Recruit: 0 (Must buy FULL uniform to get promoted)
Private: 0 (Attend trainings, raids, meetings, important events, defends etc to get the points needed)
Private First Class: 16
Corporal: 28
Lance Corporal: 39
Sergeant: 56
Staff sergeant: 80
Sergeant major: 125
Lieutenant: 155
Captain: 200
Major: 225 (To be in the major votes, you need to at least get 175, try to over achieve as much as possible.)
The minimum points you may have is 0 (If an HR feels you need to get demoted you will have your points deducted, if you refuse it will be manually removed by the grandmaster), the maximum points you may receive is 8. Don't think this system will hinder your success because it wont. Please note if you leave training before points are given you will not get the points. In order to get your points you MUST stay till the end of the training. You may not ask for your training half-way through.
Rules for the HRs about the point system:
- Never remove or change someone's points to zero - Never promote and not change the person's points -The person must have over or the exact amount needed to be promoted - If you see someone changing the points without reason then please change the points back - Dont abuse this power - If you cant promote message a general+ to promote the person - You may not promote someone from fully, they will have to earn their points to be promoted - Give points to HRs that go to your events. - If you are hosting then I will give you points for how you hosted the training, if i am not there then no points will be given
Rules for LRs about the point system:
- Please dont brag about your points. You may discuss it but you may not brag about it - Dont mock or put people down about the point system - Be respectful to it - Exploiting it will get you exiled out of RJTF.
Member of the month:
At the end of the month, the member who has the highest points wins an honorary notion in the description of the group for the rest of the next month.
