my mom accidently tryed alot of times for credit card information but she dint know her card wasant activated and then after 1 hour it got activated and then we tryed it said
ERROR: Too many credit card failures, if you wish to make a purchase, please contact Customer Support by phone at (888) 858-BLOX or by email at info@roblox.com.
when we emailed they just gave us a help ticket thing and hen we call they dint say anything help1!! |

Patience is the key here. They have certain work hours, and there is likely to be several in line waiting for response from them.

| they replyed back and they said please wait 24 hours so the anti fraud systems turns off -Thanks You Guys!- |
