■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ The Legislative Branch ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■
The Legislative Branch is the branch of the C&B which has the main purpose of observing the creation of laws in modern society.
The Legislative Branch was established by Article I of the Constitution of the United States of America. The Legislative Branch is the Congress of the United States. Congress is composed of an Upper-House, and Lower-House of representatives of the people.
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ House of Representatives of the United States of America
The Lower-House of Congress, also known as the House of Representatives, is composed of 435 states representatives kept in relation to population (there will be 1 Representative for every 75 Citizens so the ‘435’ will change). The House of Representatives (HoR) hosts impeachment investigations, starts the creation of bills, and elects the President of the United States of America in case of a tie. The House of Representatives, every 2 months, elects the Speaker of the House. The SoH, or the 3iC of the United States, has the sole duty to keep the HoR organized. The SoH presides HoR sessions, in means of, saying who gets to speak when, keeps order in the session, and decides how the House acts during their sessions. Besides these duties, they are no more powerful, but rather EQUAL to the other Representatives when it comes to representing their area, as seen by Article I: Section II of the Constitution of the United States of America. Representatives serve a 2 month term, and must have been a US citizen for at least 2 months.
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ Senate of the United States of America
The Upper-House of Congress, also known as the Senate, is composed of 100 State Representatives, (2 per state) is elected by popular vote of the state the Senator comes from as established by the 17th Amendment of the United States Constitution. A Senator serves a 6 month term, must be a citizen for at least 3 months, and be a citizen of the state they represent. The duties of the Senate are to decide on if Presidential Appointments were done constitutionally, as well as ratifying (passing) treaties made with foreign countries (unless the treaty states that there will be trade between the two, or more, nations. In that case, the treaty must be passed by the HoR). Just like the House of Representatives has the Speaker of the House to hold order, the Senate has, what is known as, the President of the Senate. The President of the Senate is more often remembered by his/her title being: The Vice President of the United States of America. The Vice President has the same duties as the SoH, just for the Senate instead. Since the Vice President has many other duties, he may appoint a person called the pro tempore, who acts as the President of the Senate (only and if only) the Vice President can’t make it, or chooses not to sit.
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ Congress of the United States of America
As a whole, the Congress of the United States overlooks the Executive Department in some aspects. See Order of an Impeachment Trial forum for their role in the Executive Department. The main purpose of Congress is the creation of laws out of bills. This is how the system works:
➤ Step 1: Any person of any type, rank, etc.. citizen or not. Any human being drafts a document clearly stating the name of the law, what the law is in a brief statement, purpose of the law, goals of the law, and how the law will be enforced, and possible punishments if the law is broken. This document is called a “bill”. Notice how it was stated that ANY HUMAN BEING can write it.
➤ Step 2: The House of Representatives, under Congress, takes the bill and decides if they like it or not. If a majority of the HoR like it, they call a session. The Speaker of the House does NOT read the bill, yet. The Representative(s) who took the bill first takes the floor and reads it. If they enjoy it, they decided if there needs to be any changes. If they do, they make changes to the bill, and enter the next step.
➤ Step 3: The Speaker of the House reads the bill. If the majority of the house believe it needs changes, they make changes and repeat this step. If they like, it goes to the next step.
➤ Step 4: The Speaker of the House goes to the Senate and in a session presided by the Vice President (or pro tempore) it is read by the Speaker. If they like it and feel it needs changes, changes are made, and it moves to the next step.
➤ Step 5: A fourth reading of the bill is made by the Vice President (or pro tempore). If it needs changes, changes are made, and this step is repeated. If they all like it, it moves to the next step.
➤ Step 6: A fifth reading is made at a Congressional Session. It is read by the Vice President, unless he can’t attend (or chooses not to), then read by the pro tempore, and if not, the Speaker of the House to the Congress as a whole. This final reading is the first reading where the public may watch, and observe the bill. The bill is read, if any changes are needed, they are made, and this step is repeated.
➤ Step 7: The final step to the First Half of the law process. The bill is presented the President of the United States of America for his say. He/She will read the bill, and he has 3 choices with the bill. He can sign his name on it, which puts the law into action a week later. He can stamp a “Veto” on it which will mean the bill goes back to Congress and they must have a ⅔ vote to override the veto. The last option, which many forget about, is the “Pocket Veto”. The President can simply not sign or veto the bill, causing the bill to sit on his desk, and it goes nowhere. This means if someone wants the bill to go through bad enough, he will have to start at Step 1 all over again.

You're right. I can't tell people what to do. But the Constitution can, and this is the Constitution. What I wrote above is Article I of the Constitution.

Mar, I did the same exact thing with the Dual Employment Act. It's already a law. I copied and pasted and they said I was making laws. If they weren't a bunch of 9 year olds, they would realize that what we do is right. They're the ones who don't know what they're doing. You got impeached for enforcing a law. I'm getting impeached for enforcing a law and "ruining USA". It makes no sense. Especially when they're posting forums made by terrorists.

Oh yeah, it's the way it works in real life for sure.
But every time I bring up that point, some USA official tells me "well we aren't the RL USA this is ROBLOX"
I support this though.

Doesn't matter- if it's a law in real life, I believe it's a rule in this unless it's CHANGED by congress.
The Supreme Court enforces all laws- that's their job. Sk8er did nothing wrong.

I thought USA was supposed to be as realistic as possible? I don't believe there is a law saying you can't have 2 jobs, FYI.

You can't have jobs at two federal agencies.

You are allowed to have multiple jobs. Like when more non-fed jobs come out, you can have as many as you want. But when it comes to federal jobs, you can only, legally, have one.

Just like in real life.
My least favorite part about USA (real life included) is how many people THINK they know how the government works but DON'T.
