| i woke up sometime in the middle of the night i think, but i couldn't tell because i couldn't move my head to look at the clock, or any parts of my body, and i started to hallucinate and i thought there was someone in my room trying to kill me and i heard a loud scream |

I tried lucid dreaming but stopped cause I was afraid of sleep paralysis

@ex sleep paralysis is horrible, it's hard to explain but you feel like something is in the room and is trying to kill you and you can't move for a long time like minutes to hours, and you can't talk either |

a night light would make it worse because it wouldn't be as dark and you would start to see shadows moving i'm assuming |

@ex the only problem is you move while you sleep, if you wake up with sleep paralysis you will most likely not be under the covers, and you wont be able to move at all so you can't hide under anything |

| I've had sleep paralysis a few times now and usually in my dreams i can tell when it is sleep paralysis at this point. Iguess you just get used to it |

I've had something like that. My dog came into my room and I kept on thinking it was going to bite my neck and kill me. But I couldn't move to protect my neck.
Don't know where that paranoia came from. My dog is nice. |

| 1 time a saw a grey shaved lean bony figure on me and i couldnt move for a while i was so scared its eye holes were hollow and it was staring at me |

I've experienced sleep paralysis so many times to the point where it doesn't scare me.
I think I even found a way to break out of it quicker. |
