Not exactly sure how to explain what I want here.
I have a script that changes the name of an object when you touch it. I want it to save the name of said object so when someone else joins it'll have the new name. Possible? |

| Does the player who saved it have to be in the server for it to be loaded? |

Names are strings, you use SaveString to save strings, not SaveInstance.
What is "the new name" and what does that have to do with someone else joining? |

@1waffle1 So basically I join the game, and make x.Name=y then I leave and the server shuts down and someone else joins the game without me Is the object x or y? |

| You just said x.Name=y; x is the object and y is its name. |

| Communicating poorly and then getting upset when you are misunderstood is your problem. Your question doesn't make sense. |

You honestly didn't understand the question? Okay, so here's what I mean, in simplest terms- I want to save something to the server, not a player. Possible or no? |
