Dear Tiger Employee’s and Customers. It has come to my attention, that recently staffs were ever being abused or bullied by their fellow workers, this is UN-ACCEPTABLE. As President of Tiger, I feel it’s most appropriate to now of all times release new rules, which shall not be changed unless authorised by either myself or the Vice President, GrimmReaper7.
It came to my attention, earlier this week that sadly two Tiger employees were being constantly bullied and abused by both Customers and Tiger Workers; I had to act with huge changes and new rules around the Tiger community. The two Tiger employees shall remain Anonymous for both their own safety and to avoid ‘Future Possible abuse’ directed towards them as these changes take place.
The Changes: Of course, we acted when Employee were reported to be abusive and rude in the past. But of course, the outcome of the investigation into the abuse was never actually released to the public. So, this time, we’re going to actually act on these cases. If staff are caught being Abusive or rude as of 09/09/2013, they will be either demoted or fired, we DO NOT care who you are or what rank you are!
We always used to encourage staff to help their fellow workers to improve their skills, but this time, we’re actually going to enforce a rule about it. Staff is requested to either rate their fellow workers service or help them every now and then, to improve both themselves and their friend / fellow worker’s Customer Service Skills! (Customer Service isn't always just about Customers! It’s about helping your Fellow Employee's too!).
Ever since I began working for Tiger, I noticed slacking off was a problem, which caused many other problems too, such as Bad service ratings or unsatisfied customers who turn away to shop at other companies. Of course, you HAVE to stay on-task whilst at work, if caught off task (slacking), it will result in you being placed back to the Intern rank, going through training again.
We apologize to any workers who have been affected by bullying or abuse by other staff members; we encourage you to report it to a HR as soon as possible, to help us prevent it from happening in the future.
Thank you for reading this, Like I said, we’re extremely apologetic to any customer or worker whom was a victim of an abusive attack by our workers, we hope you can come forward and provide evidence and get your problems fixed, just ask our in-game high ranks, they should help you with your problems, and hopefully fix them! We’re going to focus more on making sure problems such as these never happen, and we need your help to help us do so!
