This is an idea for being able to add a gravity field into a brick. This will allow for round planets and other similar things. Configurations will include the strength of the gravity and how far out the gravity field goes. This should include a visualizer similar to the rotation tool built into ROBLOX Studio.
Say "Support" if you support the idea. |

I would definitely use this feature a lot! Maybe a new property could be added to the Workspace to turn off gravity for the game, so you can work with this gravity field. |

| I actually thought of this before, but instead of a part having a gravitational pull I was thinking more of lighting having an object value. This object value would set the current position of gravity around this part(That is if it is possible to have one object attract so much). Also, if this was set to null there would be no gravitational pulls and the character/part would sit there and not move unless it had some kind of velocity. Not only would this make a gravitational pull you could also use the lighting hack and make several gravitational pulls if you were in some kind of zone. Having the Laws of Space and Observation in roblox would make the physics engine burst in half perhaps. But maybe one day it could handle such a thing. |

@kubuto2 I am sure Roblox could handle this just fine with little if any performance issues. Considering we already have downwards gravity. And I am sure Roblox's upcoming physics engine could definitely handle this. |

No support. I would prefer an object similar to explosions but with negative pressure and dilation based on distance from the center with options for dilation intensity and whether it negates the effects of normal gravity. |

| @tery215 You could probably achieve that effect with this idea if you had a script create a gravity field for the explosion with a negative value for a short amount of time. |

I have thought of this before. This would make it possible to make some really, really cool games - It can even make interactive wind for objects. It'd be hard to do, but I think worth it.
