| My account was stolen. I am in the process of retrieving it. info@roblox.com said that they needed a PIN # or iTunes proof of my Builders Club buying, and they said they needed that so they could reset my account. I did that, I had the iTunes proof, what do they mean by, "To reset your account"? |
