One is from Japan, one is from China.
One was made roughly 2 centuries ago, one was made 1000 years ago. (Or longer).
One is mainly for sports, one is for sports, and self defence/making friends with enemies.
The Karate Kid (2010) is only called that, in honor of the classic movie. Calling it the "kung-fu kid" would give people the idea that it was a "rip off" of the original series.
The only reason that movie sucked, was because JB was a part of it, and got some stunt man in his music video, to dress up as him, and do a 580 flip kick. (JB can't do that, he has NO IDEA what the meaning of Kung-Fu, or Karate is)
Anyway, back to the original focus. They're both 2 different martial arts. Don't be a newb. |

@BestEgg.
Amen to that.
Although I do karate, just to condition my skills, in case I'm up against some Ryu wannabe. |

:C NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!
I consider my self Asian more than white.
I hang out with Asians more than white people.
I eat Asian food.
Not to mention, I live with my dad (I'm not gonna go into details, but yer).
My eyes are slanted, so people do stereotypically mistake me for an Asian at first sight.
PLUS I'M BUDDHIST! (A RELIGION DEVELOPED IN ASIA!)
SO der >:3 |
