---[Definitions]---
COMMANDER: The member of Sinister with the highest rank.
EVENT HOST(ESS) (EHT): The member of Sinister whom which has called a Sinister Event to be hosted. This person has complete command over that event unless a senior member (def B) deems that it is required that he/she take command of that Sinister event.
HOSTILE: Any personnel that are attempting to force a unauthorized entry into Sinister's lands.
HIGH COMMAND: Any member of Sinister that is in the High Command group, or otherwise designated by the Commander.
LOW RANK: A group of ranks within Sinister, in which little or no power has been bestowed upon those members.
JUNIOR MEMBER: Any member of Sinister with a lower rank than yourself.
MIDDLE RANK: A group of ranks within Sinister, in which they are learning the proper methods expected of them if they are to be promoted to a rank with command over other members. These members may have been granted some powers over other members.
PARTICIPATE: Participate in this means to attend a Sinister event, either hosting or participating in it.
SECOND IN COMMAND (2IC/2iC/SiC): The member of Sinister who has been appointed to be the Commander's assistant, and to fulfill the position of Commander while he/she is on leave.
SENIOR MEMBER: A: The the rank of Senior Member. (Subject to change.) B: Any member of Sinister with a higher rank OR a position that puts them in a position of command over yourself or others.
---[Conduct]---
I: All members of Sinister's High Command are expected to act in a mature manner in that which other members of the High Command should be impressed with the behaviour of yourself. - A: You shall not break any rules of ROBLOX found in the TOS or other official ROBLOX rules. - B: You shall not break any of the Sinister's Constitution's rules. - C: You shall not use faces. - D: You shall not fool around when it is not time to do so. - E: You shall not abuse privileges OR powers bestowed upon you by your senior members. - F: You shall wear the entire Sinister uniform while at Sinister events, unless otherwise allowed by the Event Host(ess) - G: You shall not argue on the Sinister group wall. IF you must do so, you are required to argue on the High Command group wall OR through private messages.
II: All members of Sinister's High Command are expected to treat other people with respect. - A: You shall treat higher ranked members with respect that they deserve. - B: You shall treat equivalent ranked members with the respect that they deserve. - C: You shall treat lower ranked members with the SAME amount of respect that you give to higher ranked members. - D: You shall treat allied members with respect that they deserve. - E: You shall treat civilians with respect. - F: You shall treat hostile personnel with respect. - G: You shall not ignore private messages from Sinister members related to Sinister affairs. ---[Enforcement]---
I: All members of the Sinister High Command are required to enforce the rules and regulations stated within all official documents relating Sinister. - A: You shall give appropriate punishments to ALL Sinister members regardless of rank if they break any rules. - B: You shall not ignore members breaking rules of Sinister. - C: You are allowed to TELL senior members (def B) if they are breaking rules of Sinister. - D: You are required to inform the Commander if very serious disciplinary actions have been taken against members OR if members have broken major rules OR are being a repeat offender.
---[Activity]---
I: All members of the Sinister High Command are required to be active with the clan of Sinister. - A: You shall participate in a minimum of FOUR (4) Sinister events per WEEK. - B: You shall host a minimum of ONE (1) Sinister event per WEEK, that you did not dismiss for whatever reason. - C: You are recommended to participate in at least seven (7) Sinister events per week. - D: If requested to be present for a certain Sinister event, you are expected to be present for such event. - E: If you are going to be leaving on vacation/trip/leave/family event you are expected to submit a Notice of Leave to the commander of Sinister. You shall be excused of Sinister events during that period of time.
---[Evaluation]---
I: All members of the Sinister High Command are subject to evaluations. - A: At the END of each month, the commander shall give an evaluation to EACH member of the Sinister High Command on their strengths and weaknesses. These are meant to help IMPROVE the members of the High Command and not DEMOTIVATE them. - B: Members of the High Command may be subject to evaluation whenever a member with authority to call an evaluation of the High Command by the Low Ranks and Middle Ranks of Sinister does so.
II: All members of the Sinister High Command may be asked to evaluate other members of the Sinister High Command. - A: When requested by a proper authority, members of the High Command are required to evaluate other members of the High Command. You shall NOT send the evaluation to the person you are evaluating, but to the person whom requested the evaluation. If the person that requested the evaluation is the person that you are evaluating, you must send it to that person. - B: If you feel uncomfortable with evaluating a certain member due to certain reasons, you may ask to be exempted from evaluating that person.
---[Powers/Privileges]---
I: All members of the Sinister High Command have a certain amount of powers and/or privileges. - A: All members of the Sinister High Command are expected not to misuse/abuse powers and/or privileges bestowed upon them by the senior members (ref B) of Sinister. - B: All members of the Sinister High Command are allowed to request removal of powers/privileges if they feel that they are not ready to have those powers OR they feel they may abuse them. - C: All members are subject to punishment if they abuse powers/privileges bestowed upon them. - D: The senior members of Sinister may remove powers/privileges from members of the High Command if they see that they are either: not ready for the responsibility OR misuse the powers/responsibilities.
II: Members of the Sinister High Command may bestow powers/privileges members of Sinister. - A: You may temporarily bestow certain powers to give authority over other members in lieu of important affairs that he/she must attend, therefore must give someone power of that Sinister event. - B: The Commander and the Second in Command may permanently bestow powers/privileges upon members of Sinister, High Command or otherwise.
III: All members of the Sinister High Command may promote members. - A: You may promote members who achieve the appropriate amount of EXP to earn the next rank. - B: You may promote YOUR apprentice when you feel that they have met the requirements of the next step of apprenticeship. You must ask the opinions of the other members of the High Command BEFORE you do so however. - C: Only the Commander OR the Second in Command OR people appointed by the two members stated before may promote people within the High Command. - D: Only the Commander OR the Second in Command OR people appointed by the two members stated before may accept people into the ranks of the High Command.
IV: All members of the Sinister High Command may demote members. - A: You may demote any member who is deserving of a demotion after a break of one or more of Sinister's rules. You MUST remove their EXP also. If you have not found them to remove their EXP, you must post it on the High Command wall that ___EXP must be removed from such person. - B: If you find any member of the High Command with a lower rank than you causing serious damage to Sinister you are allowed and REQUIRED to demote them to SUSPENDED. You shall not demote them to any other rank unless given the permission to do so. - C: Only the Commander and the Second in Command may demote members of the High Command, unless excluded in section B.
V: Exile within Sinister. - A: Only for extreme crimes shall members be exiled from Sinister. Only the Commander of Sinister may exile members. No exceptions. He/She must have final word. - B: Members of the High Command may recommend members for exile, after they have been demoted to Suspended.
