The customer service is obviously botted, and the moderation is either botted or they have a ton of idiots working there.
Is there anything else botted on roblox, that I haven't mentioned? |

Customer Service isn't botted. You get an automated response to verify that the ticket has been received - that's common sense.
Each ticket is read through and managed by actual staff members, however not ticket may be given a response due to variety of content and variety of importance. |

No need to get so defensive. I'm not complain, nor do I hate the game. I like it somewhat, and so I'm trying to learn how they do things.

Something like that would be 'This is a confirmation email to tell you that we received your messages. We will assist you as soon as possible.', not a long, copied message that's completely irrelevant to the question asked. |
