| I've had sleep paralysis. It's pretty terrifying. It passes pretty quickly though. |

| i had it before once, it was sort of freaky, but then it got to a pint where i almost went paranoid (I HAD 0 EFFECTS EXEPT FOR NOT ABLE TO MOVE) |

It's a COMPLETELY normal phenomenon. It happens every night while you are dreaming. |

| How is that any different from what I just said? Your body's frozen, but your mind's not. There's nothing to be scared of, being paralyzed in your sleep is a nightly occurrence and it sure as hell can't kill you. |
