| The way I see it, the only thing it should be called is "Common Courtesy". |

It' not like the term came from the ROBLOX forums.
Minimods are a plague all over the internet. |

A minimod is different than the standard reporter Minimods make their presence very obvious in order to spark flame wars They often give lectures about the rules and then give links to the pages Sometimes they don't even report it |

Oh. I thought that "minimodding" was considered as using the report abuse button when you're not a moderator. |

>Oh. I thought that "minimodding" was considered as using the report abuse button when you're not a moderator. Not at all. That's a good thing. Minimods will say things like: (insert quote from original poster here) This is against rule number (insert number) and is unkind to the community. Please see the rules of the forums here (insert forum link). |

Though I do see where those people are coming from, that is FAR from what I do. Thanks for pointing that out. |

Most "minimodding" is just false reporters. They say to stop breaking the rules, then report you for a non-rule breaking post and you get banned.

@ice
Wait, how do people get banned if their post doesn't break any rules? |

Because the moderation system is crap. This moderation system accepts false reports, even when they say they don't. The mods also like to terminate users without a reason or mod note.

I like to label minimods as trolls.
