Comrades, after listening to your numerous pleas and gauging UAF on our own; after much deliberation bloxman26 and I have come up with an idea for the future and betterment of UAF. But of course, this is a people's clan, and we, or at least, I, would not dare implement this without the opinions of our members. Here we go.
Jobs.
That's correct, specific jobs for each and every high rank. Without going into too much detail, what will set this apart from the department system of old is that each high rank has a specific goal they must accomplish, along with regular high rank activities without providing complete power/control over their "department." High ranks would be promoted depending on the efficiency and competency as well as activity of their job.
An example of a job would be:
[Training Facility Quality Control] -Checks, officializes, training places that are quality places suited for good training. Checks official places to make they they stay up to date.
Of course, this all simply a suggestion; a way to pitch our idea, we have yet to go into specifics. Please express your opinions, more information will be provided upon request. |

Good idea! Although maybe you should get some HRs demoted as the inactive ones wont get there jobs done :)

That reminds me, bloxman26 and I already discussed several high ranks(for inactivity) IF we were to put this system in place, the demotions would take place simultaneously to ensure a smooth, fluid transition to the system.
After all, the jobs are useless if the high ranks are not performing them.
Of course this also means we'd need new high ranks to fill those slots. |

There are many Officers ready for the job of colonel tbar, many of them have been in UAF longer than some of our current HRs as well, and good that blox is considering it since he hasn't said anything about it for a while when I have been asking him.
