1) Specializes in training Seamen in the following ways: A. Basic Military Training (Initial training) b. USTDC CO = O-10
2. USTDC XO = O-9
3. USTDC Senior Enlisted Advisor = E-9b
4. Branch Training Commands CO = O-9
5. USM-Approved all-branch DI’s = E5-E8
6. Branch-Approved branch-only DI’s = E5-E8
A. (Branch Training CO’s have no authority over a branch’s training program other than their own)
B. (All-branch DI’s cannot hold specific trainings for any branch school, other than the one they are part of)
C. (The USTDC CO has complete authority over all of USTDC, and may not be denied except by the CJCS+)
D. (The USTDC Senior Enlisted Advisor has complete command over all DI’s, but may only hold all-branch trainings) e. (The USTDC XO acts accordingly with what the USTDC CO wants) f. (The USTDC CO and XO can only hold all-branch trainings) |
