This is the Roblox Elite Quads: Rules & Promotion guide. This forum will be updated if necessary.

[[Latest update: 03/03/2013] [Updated section: Promotion guide]]

Greetings members of Roblox Elite Quads. Members always wonder how to get promoted in REQ, so I have created this forum. All your questions should be answered here. Roblox Elite Quads is against all forms of corruption, dis-honesty and immaturity. We will strive in order to be the best clan, giving REQ members the best clan experience possible. Every member must help in order to help us achieve such goal. Members do not matters, it is the quality of the skill a group preforms. Roblox is a game where we want to have fun, one of our top goals are to make sure fun is something you will have in REQ.

Rules:
- Address High Ranks/Trainers with Sir or Ma'am.

- Do not spam the wall/shout doing so will get you exiled.

- Never flame, curse or act mean/aggressive towards fellow soldiers, or even enemies. Even if the enemy were to call you something you do not like, you do not need to reply in a bad way, you should be the better person. You should channel all negative energy into battle, rather than typing.

- Be loyal to REQ, if you are caught plotting against us behind our backs you will be exiled.

- Uniform must be worn at all time whilst representing REQ. (Bases, training's, meetings, raid etc.)

- A Low Rank can not take over training's, if the host leaves, the training is canceled.

- Listen to High Ranks, do not question them, just do what they say. If you find a High rank is giving insignificant/incorrect orders, please contact the Commander.

- Never ask for promotions. Doing so will not get you one, if anything you could get a demotion. Promotions are earned.

- Grammar should be used to the best of your ability.

- Never rage quit, No matter the situation. If in battle there is always someone who can step in and help you. Post on REQ wall/message online members if help is needed.

- Do not crowd High Ranks. Do not start blocking their way or jumping around them, unless your up for free WOs. It is very annoying and distracting, and can make them lose their respect for you. If a High Rank is in a conversation, please wait your turn.

- Salute High Ranks when you see them, if there is not salute tool at the current place you are at say *Salute*. However do not run up to their faces and do it.

- Never kill visitors unless they try to kill you. Show visitors around and do your best to try to recruit them into REQ. Never give visitors weapons.

Above are most the rules you need, if there is a need they will be updated. Following those rules will earn you respect, and help towards gaining promotions.

Promotion Guide:

Below are notes on how you can become a certain rank. Please note that, following all points below will not gain you an instant promotion, they will help you get noticed and become ready to progress further in REQ. You will have to impress High Ranks/Trainers to get promoted. Whilst progressing through the ranks you should show signs of improvements.

- Recruit: Join the group. You will not be able to post on group wall, to prevent spam, you will be able to post on wall, once you progress to the next rank.

- Private: Get involved in REQ events, like raids, training's, patrolling or defending base over a large period of time.

- Private First Class: Turn up at event's proving yourself to be one of the best and most worthy at current event.

- Corporal: All above.

- Lance Corporal: All above.

- Sergeant: All above, at this stage grammar is vital, and is expected to be used at all times.

- Staff Sergeant: All above.

- Sergeant First Class: All above.

- Lieutenant: All above.

- Captain: All above.

- Officer: All above. Show that you have skills that make you better than others. This could be in scripting, building, recruiting, sword fighting, gun fighting, obstacles etc.

- Major: All above. Have skills in at least sword fighting, gun fighting, obstacles and leadership. You can not become a Major through just training's etc. You need to stand out from all other LR's be the best of the best. Every now and then, High Rank's have discussion on Officers who they think deserve to become Majors. All Majors have to be approved by the Commander. Majors have the responsibility of holding training's, so have you cannot host training's successfully, or lack leadership skills you can not become a Major.

- Lieutenant Colonel: All of the above. You must show that you have done a good job as a Major. Lieutenant Colonels are the lowest High Rank in the clan. You must also be active and host trainings every day if possible to reach this.

- Colonel: All above. This is a rank most soldiers dream of becoming, it is unreachable by most. Colonels are handpicked by the Commander, sometimes with discussion with current High Rank's. Colonel's have the ability to promote/demote. They also lead training/raids/defending. You will have a Higher chance of becoming a Colonel, if High Rank's know you well, and can trust you.

- General: Handpicked by the Commander. This rank makes sure the group runs well, sometimes represents REQ in alliances. Some Generals are also in charge of divisions. They are too look over Colonel's and make sure they are doing their job well.

- Grand General: All above. Handpicked by the Commander. This rank only contains 2-3 people. The Grand General has the job of looking over REQ and making sure all is working well. The Grand General watches over other High Ranks, to make sure they are doing their jobs correctly. The Grand General, has a large say in final main decisions for REQ, and is to make sure he/she is doing everything he/she can do to help REQ expand.

- Adviser: All of the above. This rank will only contain one person. Hand picked by the Commander. if the current Adviser resigns or quits it will spoken with the Grand general(s) and one of them most likely will become the new adviser
- Commander: If the current Commander were to not be fit to lead anymore, has decided to leave roblox or war clans. He/she would select a General/Grand General to become new Commander, most likely the Grand General.
