Is there a way that I can specifically specify an object to be able to have it's coordinates set inside of another's? The position property is what I use. I know that I can use command line, but naming, copying and pasting, takes too long. I know I can move it into the area if I disable Collision Check, but that also takes a long time to get the locations just right (for smaller builds).
Is there some option I can disable that will allow me to set the coordinates inside of another's? |

I don't really get the Question, but try turning off the Grid(Its the little magnets on the Toolbars)

Here we go:
New object, position (0, 4, 0)
Move object position 0.5 to the right:
New object, position (0, 5, 0.5)
New object collision detected with a different object, raising height to 5.
I'd like to be able to force it to stay at 4 height and clip with the object. Disabling Collision check does not work. The only way to force it is to do Workspace.NewObject.CFrame = CFrame.new(0, 4, 0.5), rather than edit the property itself. |

Try theopfor's method of CFrame. It allows you to CFrame the selected part. This is an old thread that many have bumped in the rare occasion that someone missed it.
