Recently, I have gotten a few messages as to why some people aren't promoted along with others.
It isn't a matter of name, skill or look. There is always a valid reason as to why you were not promoted.
To answer most, if not all of the questions, here are the MAIN reasons that keep people from being promoted.
-A lack of activity- -A lack of discipline- -Misbehavior- -Probation- -Not enough time in that stage or VAC- -Haven't attended enough training- -You haven't shown you've learned everything-
Now before we get into the whole how do we show you what we've learned argument, we see it every day.
In training even, we have tests that will be able to tell if you're really learning, and then if you are following/using what you've learned. It happens in training, in raids, on the wall and in outposts.
Why wasn't I promoted? Check to see if you're active, are you behaving well?
Above all, are you learning? If you do not feel as if you are learning, contact us. We are able to take time out of our day to specially instruct you. We require that everybody learns how to become a Vaktovian, and becomes one. We aren't going to just not let you learn because you have a hard time and we can't take time out of our day.
If you feel you are doing ABSOLUTELY nothing to NOT be advanced in your staging, feel free to contact me or another officer. Preferably one whom has read this thread, so they do not take it as you 'begging for prom0z'
With that, I thank you for your time and wish you good luck in the future training. |

As for Thunders post, we have had quite a few VAC skip stages, purely because they showed they knew absolutely everything we could teach them in that stage, and they've been here for a while.
If you read further above, you'll see the explanation of testing.
Thanks! |

Indeed. But I was just pointing out that I explained it in the post.
A lot of VAC are ignored by officers. May it be through PM or attention. It is however they're jobs to do the opposite. I will admit, I have not replied to some PMs, and just taken the action needed/requested. |

| Mentors are assigned by Colonel Codruler. We are currently training three other mentors, with the upcoming of Ranger, so we'll have new ones. The end of the week of mentoring is also one day away. |
