{.1 [ Introduction ] Hello soldiers of Frostaria, it has come to the attention of the justice institution that many soldiers within The Roblox Assault Team have begun to take advantage of some of the loose leading high ranks. Due to this, the justice system will be changing it’s rules, regulations, and punishment to those who disrespect them. The changes will hopefully bring better events to both the event holders and the participants.
{.2 [ Changes being made ]
The changes being made to the RAT justice system will be of the following:
Well supervised events. [2.1] Some trainers like to give a certain set of soldiers a task and then pay little to none attention to them at all after. This not only gives the soldier a lack of over watch, but also shows that the high rank cares little about that task.
Ending disrespect. [2.2] Some soldiers or even high ranks find it enjoyable to disrespect their fellow Frostarians during events to get a laugh from the rest of the participants, or because they are just disrespectful people. Either way, this needs to come to an end. Soldiers/High rank need to realize who to respect and who not. Respect should be given to each member of the group, no matter the rank.
Out of orderly behaviour. [2.3] Going back to the disrespect section, some soldiers also find it funny, or for whatever reason, correct to act out of orderly in trainings/events. This also needs to come to an end, there is a time for fun, and a time to get serious. However ROBLOX is still a game, so it will be up to the event holder to tell how to act during the event.
Leaving raids. [2.4] When a raid begins to look dark, some soldiers just leave instead of trying to fight their way back out. This is causing us to lose members in raids while allowing the enemy team to gain some. This will begin to gain punishment unless instructed to leave by a Supervisor+.
{.3 [ Punishments ]
The punishments that will come to those who decide to break any of the rules above, or rules already in place.
Well supervised events. [3.1] As it is the fault of the event holder, upon breaking this rule, the event holder will lose his/her ability to host events for up to a week. If the same mistake is placed again, the user will lose his/her ability to host events all together. Should they refuse to abide their restriction, they will be at a loss of their rank.
Ending disrespect. [3.2] This also involves the high ranks. Disrespect towards one another in the group will not be tolerated. People are almost expected to fight in a community, so it is also their job to resolve it. If the matter is taken so far as to disturb the public, both members will receive punishments fit necessary to the problem.
Out of orderly behaviour. [3.3] This is pointed towards to lower ranking members more often than the high ranks, but it still goes to all. Acting out during events will not, and shall never be tolerated. This goes as far as admin usage on another person’s event, acting disrespectful or out of context. No matter the cause, doing this will result in the loss of 4 prestige.
Leaving raids. [3.4] Members who leave raids because they are not doing well will be in vulnerability of punishment all the way from prestige loss to exile if not instructed by a Supervisor+.
{.4 [ Conclusion ] Now that all rules and punishments have been clearly stated, the justice system hopes this will improve the efficiency to the improvement of our soldiers at any event. These rules and punishments will be upheld by all of the Concilium; any member above marshal refusing to uphold these rules will be at a loss of their rank entirely.
