@Pepp Greed isn't good, in my view, it causes people to hoard their wealth, to steal from others. |

| The only reason people have a negative view on communism is because dictators abused it. Communism actually promotes equality to all citizens. |

'What is so good about equality?'
What is so bad about equality?
- I'm just going to ask what is good/bad about every word now to try and distract people from making good arguments. My name is pepper, an objectivist, who read an Ayn Rand book...... greed is good......... |

I kind of like being an individual.
Being in a world where everyone is equal would be pretty boring. |

Capitalism: Encourages hard workers, and gives people the right to pursue their own interests.

Why don't sweatshop workers have a lot of money? In fact, most workers aren't really rich. It's just the corporations and bosses sitting down on their chairs and telling the workers what to do that have a lot of money. So capitalism actually encourages lazy people
> gives people the right to pursue their own interests.
How can impoverished people pursue their own interests?

So capitalism actually encourages lazy people ----- Then sir, do explain how the Western world developed so much, how the standard of living of these countries skyrocketed.
Especially countries like South Korea, Japan and Germany. These countries where obliterated because of WWII, but what saved them? What you call sweatshops. Those people earned a living and their children, and children's children are now enjoying better jobs with a better pay. Who gave their grand parents that enterprise? The very CEO's that sit in the office. |

minumum wage
, how the standard of living of these countries skyrocketed.
universal healthcare and free education (save for USA)
Especially countries like South Korea
idk about S.K
, Japan
Only the rich are rich. People are living in closets (figuratively speaking) and wages are pretty low.
and Germany
universal healthcare and education
. These countries where obliterated because of WWII, but what saved them?
the charity of others
, and children's children are now enjoying better jobs with a better pay
jobs with better pay? most college grads in the US are either unemployed or are working $10/hr jobs.

I was referring to Super's post.
But when it comes to college students, there are other alternatives. To get a job you don't need a scholarship. You can get an apprenticeship of some kind.
