| You could get the players to put in their time and then have it work from there. |

Yes. You can use tick() to get all the time that has passed since 1970 Jan 1st.
in a local script this will be your timezone. Server sided tick is most likely PST since ROBLOX is in California. Switching between timezones is as simple as adding on hour ever much time you need to to get to where you need to be.

If you want to use a normal script, just do: tick() + or - (60 * 60 * Hour Difference) |
