I'm trying to move a part over a little bit to be on top of another part, and everytime I snap it where I want it, it'll move back about .1 studs. I also tried changing the Position property and using a C-Frame plugin but they both have the same effect. |

Just click "move part" tool next to resize
also, have collision check off

Yes, I don't know what any problem would be if you do that
collision check=false makes it so no brick moves oddly if you use move tool
