Every decade had something that defined it 1900's was innovation, 1910's was innovation in war/ a big war, 20's was the part celebrating the end of the war, the 30's was the hangover/consequences of the party, the 40's was big war made bigger, the 50's was conformity, the 60's was the kids who conformed growing up and trying to rebel, the 70's was the rebels partying, and the 80's was conformity again but the 90's? everything there was in some way embracing the earlier decades and don't say grunge because its really just rocker/metalhead/hippy mashed up |
