| Can one make local lights? Like local parts but with in them a local light only the client sees. They could come in very handy with night vision goggles and such stuff. |

Yes,
I've only use point lights: If the World is completely dark (The Wiki is missing one step, Brightness = 0), u can use it for Fog Of War. Local Player only sees Parts lit-up with a Local Light.
For goggles I guess u would use a SpotLight.

| You're limited to a 64 stud radius for these stupid lights, though, so don't go trying to make an RTS with normal sized buildings. |

| use use the Local lighting method. My night vision code works great with it. |
