The RIU people and I have been waiting patiently for 2 days for the ROBLOX moderation team's response to a simple question ..
" Could I have a justified explanation for why the 'Roblox Infantry Unit' owned by 'Twinkie424', me, was deleted?"
Yet they respond with these words
" Hello Twinkie424, Thanks for writing to us. We reviewed your request and determined that your group has not been deleted. It is still active and lists you as the owner. It is possible that the members were removed by the previous or interim owner. Sincerely, Henry Customer Service ROBLOX"
Admittedly, I sat here dumbfounded for 10 minutes on how ROBLOX could honestly generate such an ignorant remark that I have waited 2 days for. If they put another ounce of effort into their evaluation they would see that I am not even in the 'Roblox Infantry Unit' group and that no prior clan owner exiled the entire clan of its people.
It is also important to recognize that they claimed I still 'owned' the clan but am not even in the 'Commander of RIU' Rank.
To those that support the restoration of the Roblox Infantry Unit I ask that you continue to email ROBLOX regarding this issue until we become of announce to them. Perhaps at that time they'll begin to take what is happening seriously.
