Tommymym - 1. I will improve TBT by making them more active, teaching them new skills, making everyone use grammar, and also making sure everyone is being mature at ALL times.
2. I would like to be a HR in TBT to make sure I can help in full maximum and so I can host trainings, recruiting events, and lots of other things so I can improve TBT much more in my ways, too. I also think I will do better as a HR in TBT as HR is the role I have always been best at.
3. Yes, I have been HR in 2 other clans, and succeeded in being that role.
4. 2 Months, 12 days. Hi, I am wanting to become a HR for several reasons. This includes:
1. Being Mature 2. Being Strict 3. Teaching others skills on how they can improve 4. Making sure everyone is on Task 5. Always hosting Training when it's a good time to 6. Always Hosting Recruit Events in the spare time 7. Trying my best at all times on helping TBT be more active 8. Making sure everyone is enjoying what we do 9. Always ensuring everyone's using grammar.
{~ I will now explain my list in further Detail~}
1. Being Mature - I will always be Mature in all group events, without fail, and I will make sure I am at all times. Even if we are playing a game as a group. E.G Battlefield.
2. Being Strict - I will always make sure that MR'S, and LR'S will obey me in Group Events and listen to what I tell them to do, if they think it's okay not to listen to me I will give them 3 chances, if they lose all 3 they will face the Consequences.
3. Teaching others skills on how they can improve - I will teach everyone skills for Sword Fighting, Improving their Maturity, and I will teach them how to improve SF with adding in that FPS. Most Trainings I Shall teach them skills for their Sword Fighting.
4. Making sure everyone is on task - I will make sure no one is not bothering with the training, and if I tell them to get on task, and they fail to listen to me, I will give them 3 strikes, until they face the Consequence.
5. Always hosting Training when it's a good time to - I will host Training if we haven't had it on a certain day, or if you tell me to, or when no group events have happened on a certain day.
6. Always hosting Recruit Events in the spare time - Like the above, when no Group Events have been going on I will Group Shout for a Recruiting Event.
7. Trying my best at all times on helping TBT be more active - This is basically similar to the above, but also inviting Recruit Ranks to come to a Group Event and invite them to a Party, and make sure they'll be active, if they're not going to be active, what will the point in them being in TBT?
8. Making sure everyone is enjoying what we do - Basically, what I mean in this is by if they're not enjoying what we do, then they must not be the sort of person for a War Group.
9. Always ensuring everyone's using grammar - I will always Recruit people who use grammar, making sure at Group Events they will use grammar, and if they don't know what it means, I will explain to them what grammar means in further detail, so ensuring everyone is using grammar to make our group look more Mature.
Thank you for reading my HR speech.
Jackjack456 - Greetings I want to be HR So I can host more trainings to get the group more active and when were more active we get alot more members and when we have more members we are a powerful group and when were a powerful group we get even more members so vote for me. How will you improve TBT? Awnser: I will host more trainings to make it more active. Why do you want to be a HR in TBT? Awnser: To help TBT grow more active. Have you ever been a HR in a clan before? Awnser: Yes. How long have you been in TBT? Awnser: 1-3 months
Scoropilla2 - Ahem: I think I should be Hr Because, Er because, Hmm Because, I am going back to being my mature self I once was like a month ago which means strictness, and Seen as TBT has now been reformed I can see that Red and the Other Hr's are Becoming More Strict and less tolerant (Same thing Just different perspective) and having Experience as a Hr in a very Strict group (We're talking the leader would exile you for missing a Training or Not partying him for group issues) T.D.E, The leader was a strict guy and a Noob if you want to put it that way. I have also had numerous Experience as in Hr In loads of Groups and most were by working to that and Not "Insta-Hr" I have been in TBT for about Three to Four Months. I shall Improve the already improved Clan By Bringing More Group Places Like the fort, Which is almost Complete I am slso thinking of Building a New Holo seen as the One I gave Red Is Not Very Good I built it Ages ago and Is outdated. I want to be a HR in TBT because This is by far the best Can I have been in Other Than AE and UPF, I like the Feel in TBT and and all the events we do, Everyone gets on and Has a Joke, that's Why I like this group and Would Like to advance in it's Ranks.
Please vote for which one you think will be a good HR.

In my opinion all 3 of them are worthy of becoming HR's, but one of them shows great potential of becoming a leader. To become a HR you must be active, loyal, skillful with obbies, you must master the art of sf and gf. But above all you must be a great leader. I choose Tom, because I see his potential on becoming a great leader.
P.S. I'm not picking favorites. |
