So if you have this hat that goes good with another, or you want more hats on your head tho match your look, but oh no! You've reached your hat limit.

Well I have come up with a solution.

Each hat will have a weight of whatever roblox gives it, say 5 and you are alotted to have a weight of 30 on your character, so you can wear 6 low weight hats to max out your character weight. And if roblox assigns a hat with a weight of 10, you can wear four 5s or two 10s with it. This will solve the whole gravity issue with threads asking for more hats. Low value hats will have lower weight vs high value hats, such as dominus.

Each hat should have a weight between 1-10, saving room for adjustment.

So there, now you can wear your fedora with your swordpack, ro-bling, and antlers and still room for your clockies!

Think I have made a mistake somewhere? Point it out below so the moderators can accept everyone's ideas! Just another way to make roblox more fun :)

Support but lower weight hats should have less details (Such as texture details)
This limits the lag. Also weight should be limited to 10, as it's a much easier number to play with than 30.
Hats like kittens sleeping on your head hat would be around 5 and the ninja mask would be like 3

Its a good idea, but it probably would be confusing to the new users/existing who are children playing this game. But I support this, because I have some hats like that also.

I would support, BUT! What if you wear lots of hats with weight 1?
I think we can expand on this idea.

Avg hat weight = 5 (Minimum 4, then every even number after up to 12)
NBC can wear up to 18 (No effect) -This is normal MAX weight right now-
BC can wear up to 20 (-1 weight to all hats)
TBC can wear up to 22 (-2 weight to all hats)
OBC can wear up to 24 (-3 weight to all hats)

That is much better. One more hat for NBC (If you're lucky), more hats for BC, TBC, OBC.

No support whatsoever. This would create an IMMENSE amount of lag, due to the fact that the client would be contacting the server to obtain the meshes and textures.

Really? There isn't a whole lot more meshes. IF YOU READ IT IT SAYS: Max of 5 hats (low weight considering less complex hats have lesser weight) you honestly think that this will lag it? XD 5 hats won't lag a game. What will lag it is complex GUIs and HD smooth lighting. Not two more hats.

People these days...

You are correct.

That is, if one person is in the server.

Best case scenario is 12 more meshes and textures. That would increase lag, no doubt. Even if it didn't increase lag for everyone, it would increase lag for some people.

You obviously don't know much about networking and that sort of thing, hm?
