| I got it to work pretty easily, i think it was the solution where you edit the text file to only run on one core or something. |

this laptop can actually run new vegas so it runs fallout 3 everytime i press start game on fallout 3 it crashes and my computer becomes a solid rock |

Yeh. Mine often crashes after going into VATS or going into conversations. |

Wait No Apparently I ran it in compatibility mode with WinXP SP3 and ran it as an Administrator
Either way it wasn't much work |

yeah, running in compatibility mode is literally all you need to do setting it so it can only run on one core helps as well |

I did that but it always crashed if i tried to load into the game. So i ran it on one core. |
