| I would have to say Day Z is the most realistic... But that isn't saying much. |

"you can't simulate everything, man..."
you can it wouldn't even be much of a hindrance to need warmth in most games |

" how promising is that dead linger game? (it's obviously in a completely unplayable state atm)"
it's promising, but as of now it's not very realistic (though it's not very complete so that's liable to change) |

"it wouldn't even be much of a hindrance to need warmth in most games"
and there would be a warmth meter? because that is the epitome of realism, huh?
also, warmth would be linked to hunger and thirst, climate and weather; the calculations would be a nightmare. they would also have to spend time adding warmth stats to clothing items to the game for such a small feature.
devs just don't have that kind of time or resources. |

you can't expect 100% realism for games i do not either but for a game entitled a survival game, there should be survival elements in it
"also, warmth would be linked to hunger and thirst, climate and weather; the calculations would be a nightmare. they would also have to spend time adding warmth stats to clothing items to the game for such a small feature."
i doubt it would be that hard, and it's not a very small feature for a >survival< game |

@ron
that doesn't exactly make it realistic
black ops involved a real person, that doesn't make it's events real |

@meldo What is unrealistic about it then?
It uses real weapons, Real infections, Choices that real humans would make instead of generic JOEL SAVES THE DAY type of stuff |

Because zombies are unrealistic. It's impossible for a real life dead man to come back to life. |

ArmA II does require you to have warmth in DayZ, meldo although it's too buggy to be considered realistic
