Actually many believe you have a string connecting you to your body, it's hard to break, but it can be broken. But that's just a myth, right? |

Well, once I was having a nap at like 6pm then I realised I was sleeping and I made myself wake up then I couldn't move AT ALL and I tried screaming for help but couldnt open my mouth and was really scared so I don't recommend it

| A know an old friend who took 50 lsd tabs and to this day thinks he is a cup of orange juice. It sounds stupid but I'm a hundred percent serious. And yes lucid dreaming is safe, but don't attempt it on acid if you can even fall asleep. |

@OP
Do not try it unless you wanna be scared as anything especially if the lights are on when I got sleep paralysis it was the most scary thing that ever happened to me.

@Shari
It may be true May not be
I've felt myself drifting into a dream instead of out of it once or twice But I get woken up
It feels like waking up, just... backwards |

Lucid Dreaming is safe. Sleep paralysis on the other hand is scary to even think about. I've never had it personally, but my mom unknowingly had it one time, and thinks that she was being raapeed by an incubus(like a succumbus, but male).
astral projection i don't know about |

| There is no way to determine whether or not it's real, as it happens while asleep. |
