| Depends on who you are trading with. I personally don't mind downgrading, because it has good advantages. |

Upgrade fees only apply in some places.
If you're giving 1000 CFs for a domino crown then it applies because it's a bunch of the same items that nobody would really want.
If you're giving 2 high demanded items then it doesn't apply because A. you're giving the op stuff to trade with and B. more items = better (looks, etc)

| Normally yes but it's not a "fee". Other's have to at least slightly OP to upgrade so that the owner of the bigger Item can profit. |
